Is your energy level down...vitamin deficiencies since you gave birth?

Since I had my kids I have not been able to naturally maintain vital vitamins like D, B12 and Iron...anyone else experience this? I now take natural supplements in a drink form since I hate swallowing pills.

No, but with my last one I had low iron and after giving birth I kept working on my iron just to make sure it got back to normal again.

I was okay during pregnancy but after I just could not maintain my levels...strange?? I hate taking pills which was part of my problem so I wouldn't take it routinely...plus you know what iron pills do to us when it's time to go to the restroom so I was a mess. Now I found a liquid vitamin supplement that actually taste good so I'm building up again!

I used molasses, ate red meat and drank orange juice after to increase absorption and took my Bebe-O vitamins, which have been the ONLY prenatal vitamin not to bind me up!

No, but we make sure to keep foods in the house that are rich in the vitamins people are commonly deficient in. Leafy greens are awesome with those three. To keep our iron up I cook in a cast iron skillet and we haven't had a problem with that in five years.

Yes, I do eat my leafy greens and high iron food because I hate pills. I also started a taste liquid vitamin supplement so I'm sure my levels will be really good soon.
