Insomnia, what has you awake?
Some nights I just can't sleep. I have the hardest time with falling asleep if I am not tired!
Usually the culprit is one of two things. A book, or I am worried about something. If I get sucked into a book I might look up and go oh my goodness, it's 3 in the morning! If I worry then I will lay there and spin the wheels in my head until i can come up with a workable solution.
So, what's been keeping you up?
