Always continuously tired.. :(.

Everyday that I wake up.. I want to go back to bed.. :( Anyone else out there.. What do you do beside coffee (which I don't drink) to get you energized and ready for the day?

    The best thing for me to get energized is coffee. But if I need an extra pick me up I go for a little walk weather permitting. Normally early in the morning when it is cool. It just helps wake me up. Or of I can't walk I open all the windows in the house while it's cool in the mornings so I get some fresh air.

      I drink cappuccino, which is a form of coffee. Eating healthy and trying to exercise helps, too, but that is almost impossible with kids. I just push myself to get things done, and find the bursts of energy comes with the more I try to do.

      What Amysuggested helps as well. Fresh air is one of the best ways to awaken yourself.

      Melissa.. I wish I could get some Fresh Air.. but we live in a big city.. and it really isn't fresh.. :(.. And I really don't like coffee.. I agree.. I have to push myself to do things.. Thnx for responding. Blessings.. Judith

        It might be that I am not getting enough sleep at night.. b/c of the almost 2 month old.. I might be a little stressed.. I have a 3 yr old and a 2 yr old at home all day.. We live in a big city.. and a not so safe neighborhood... so I don't really go outside much.. First of all b/c of the heat.. 2nd of all.. because I don't l ike going out there unless my husband is with me..

          Exercise helps me, and so does sniffing some peppermint essential oil. Is it just because of your kids making you tired? Have you gotten a blood test checkup with the doctor? Do you feel tired throughout the rest of the day too or just in the morning?

          Cassaundra.. I should try my peppermint oil.. I use Young Living.. I never actually thought of that.. I think it depends on the day.. I have a 2 month old that likes to eat every 2 to 3 hours.. and then I have to tend to my 2 and 3 yr olds during the day.. It all adds up.. I should start exercising as well.
