Ovulation test kit!

Did you use an ovulation test kit? I have one with 3 tests in. I am supposed to ovulate on the 16th, Saturday. Do you think I have to urine on it the 14th, 15th and 16th or should I use it the 15th,16th and 17th?

You only have one day where you ovulate. Usually the LH ( lutluteinizing hormone,) occurs within 12-36 hrs. So having sex before expected ovulation is best. You should follow the ovulation test kit. Remember that having sex up until and after your expected ovulation day increases your chances of getting pregnant. You can keep track of your basal body temp, this occurs when your about to ovulate, and a good rule of thumb too is that mid-way through your period about 14 days after your period,, is when ovulation occurs for most women. Good luck!

I know I am supposed to concentrate on my body when I ovulate but I don't feel any changes. Just a lot of headaches. How do I do the BBT thing. Do I take my temp every day?

I don't use them, but good luck and baby dust! By the way, you can get a special BBT thermometer that's super accurate. The Mom's Expertise on here has so much good info about ovulation. Everything from how to take your BBT and track it to all sorts of other signs and tests of ovulation. :)
