Track your ovulation, try web md tracker.

I don't have much advice but can point you to past discussions of others trying to conceive: https://moms.com/search/?query=trying+to+conceive

Fertilitea.... It helped me immensely. It works mainly if you have long cycles or don't ovulate, but so many women have had such success with it! You can get it on Amazon.

Look into soy isoflavones for getting pregnant too. You only take them for five days and you can get them at WalMart. You'd have to check online for what osages you'd need for getting pregnant (it's meant for menopause, but it works here also)

The best advice I can give you besides tracking, is stop trying. It seems the ones who aren't trying to conceive end up pregnant faster than the ones who try. I strongly believe it is due to stressing over trying to get pregnant. I don't mean give up, I mean just try to relax and not think about getting pregnant.

it will honestly come when your body is ready. a friend of mine tried for 10 years and had no luck until this past fall. she and her husband tried many methods and nothing really took. all it did was give heartache and loss. When they finally decided if it were going to happen it was going to happen and went on with their lives till it finally did happen. They are the proud parents of a little girl named Ella
