Oh, Those Aching Feet and Swollen Ankles

During my pregnancy, my feet and ankles swelled to at least 2-3 times their normal size. And, boy, did they hurt. I retained a lot of water during pregnancy, so that aided in the fact. To add to that, I worked 8-10 hours 4-5 days a week at my job. The factory had a cement floor, so that created even more of a problem and discomfort for me feet. I purchased a pair of Doctor Scholl's sneakers to see if it would help. It did not for me. The most comfortable shoe I found were a pair of cloth, padded Crocs.

My hubby would massage my feet, once in a while. He purchased a foot massage tub but when it was discovered I had gestational diabetes, I was no longer able to use it.

What shoe did you find most comfortable (besides slippers haha)?

Oh, that, too. That's why I liked the slip on shoes or the velcro. Lol I looked like I swallowed the Great Big Pumpkin from Charlie Brown because I contained so much water.

I have sandals and sneakers from New Balance, both provide the best support and comfort. I need to replace my dress shoes but that isn't a priority until it turns cold....they are pricey but last and are good to my tender tootsies.

I wore those until it got too cold. I still prefer flip flops or bare feet. Lol
