If you haven't bought a forever house yet...

What is the must haves on your house?

I want three bedrooms. Even when the kids move out I will have a room for a library.office and a guest room. So the space won't go to waste.

It must have a dishwasher. This is non negotiable. My fibromyalgia bothers my hands a LOT sometimes and it makes washing dishes not so fun.

Washer/dryer hook ups of course.

Two bathrooms or a bath and a half.

I don't want a big yard. Never been one for mowing grass.

I'd like brick or stone, just not a fan of vinyl siding.

What about you? What's on your must have list?

Oh man.. My list is so long it isn't even funny, there are some that are NEEDS and some that are wants. I LOVE looking at houses.. At least 4 bedrooms, an office/sewing area (can be a room, or just a little nook), 2 baths, big kitchen with lots of storage and pantry. Basement with stairs INSIDE the house, a little room off the living room for toys, working fireplace, no odd shaped family rooms allowed lol. Laundry room on the main floor, mud room with a bench to take off your shoes and storage for said shoes, coats and such. Screened in back porch than can be converted to sun room for the winter months. An outdoor woodfire grill would be AWESOME. A good sized yard, but not big with a few shade trees but a nice, sunny spot for a garden. My new favorite dream site is familyhomeplans.com. :D

Yes! I haven't watched in awhile, though. Andrew and Eva somehow (heehee) got hooked on Dukes of Hazzard. And they are on at the same time. :)

We have a home that is paid for (still needs repairs). We have 3-4 bedrooms. We only have one bathroom and a small kitchen. I would like a bigger kitchen and another bathroom, but I shouldn't complain because our home is paid for--one less bill. If we did move, I don't want to live on a busy street. We live on a back road. I don't like it during winter but it's a little safer. I would like brick or stone, too. I'd also like a garage, and a basement for storage.

I have Fibro, too. It's awful.
