Do Men Share Pregnancy Symptoms With Their Partner? Myth of Fact?

I am not sure how common this is, but it happened to us. When I was pregnant with Jonah, Steven would get weird pregnancy cravings, be exhausted all of the time, and felt sick to his stomach. I, however, never had any problems with the above mentioned (minus one episode of late morning sickness the morning after conception). He would constantly want hamburgers, chips, cookies, and would put Catalina dressing on his eggs and with other food (which made me want to hurl). He was also very tired during my entire pregnancy, whereas I had bursts of energy.

My former boss told me his brother lactated while his (brother's wife) wife was pregnant. I thought that was hilarious. And, the woman I worked with, her daughter was 7 weeks behind me in pregnancy, and she got all of the symptoms--she was very close to her daughter, too.

I am unsure about the male lactating, I believe it is something else. But, it sure was hilarious!

Did/Does your spouse/partner display any pregnancy signs while you were/are pregnant?

When I was pregnant, my husband did start to act strangely, but I wasn't sure if it him getting symptoms or he was just stressed about it. If he starts lactating, we'll know for sure, LOL

LOL!!! That'd be hilarious. My hubby says he hopes he never does that.

Ooh, that's nice. I'd be in heaven.
I'll have to sign Steven up for cooking classes. Lol

I am not sure, either. It could just be in the man's mind. Lol

Yeah, the lactating was the first I heard when my boss told me about his brother. I am not sure if it's true but he wasn't lying. I think the expecting father's mind might play tricks on them. I don't know. I had an easy pregnancy as well, minus gestational diabetes. Now, I probably won't be so lucky with the next kiddo. LOL

I wish that was the same for me. I gained the weight and he ate like a pig and never gained anything. It's not fair. Lol
