I'm with you on that one!!! I heard the advocare 30 day challenge mixed with excersices works very well. But I guess it's a bit pricy
lol! I do barre3 (you can google it) it has been amazing for my post baby body! I did it allllll throughout my pregnancy and feel better than I ever have!
