Baby hand gestures: Clapping, waving and pointing.

Clapping, waving and pointing are all building blocks for language. All those games of patty-cake, do you see the bird, wave bye bye are all paying off for your little one. She/he is growing fast and soon she will put all those gestures into words. Your baby should understand the word "no", copies gestures, may still be clingy, has a favorite toy and afraid of strangers. This is such an important time for your baby, because she/he is an independant person and needs security from you.

It's so fun when they do all these things and they can do the funniest things as they learn new things.
