Reclaiming my body!

After 4 years filled with 20 months of pregnancy and 27 months of breastfeeding, I am finally getting my body to myself! I would've liked to breastfeed my second baby longer, but I am happy to not be sharing my body anymore. I know I still need to take good care of myself and plan to do so, but there is something so freeing about knowing that I am not sharing my fluids, nutrition, body with anyone else. Part of me is sad that I won't ever share my body with another tiny human, but the other part of me is thrilled that I am my own again.

I felt like that when I stopped nursing my youngest last March/April. It was bittersweet.
