So sleepy

I have been so tired lately. I know a lot of it has to do with my sleep getting interrupted by various things. My usual pick me ups are not working though! Coffee is having no effect and getting up and moving around is fine, until I sit back down. I think I am going to bed at 6 pm tonight, haha.

What do you do on days when you are very sleepy to perk up?

        A suggestion is take Melatonin 1 to 2 hours before bed there are 1,3, or 5 mlg, and it's something your body already produces so it doesn't hurt the body and when you wake up in the morning you won't feel so groggy, also meditating before bed helps relax your mind and body which also helps. Right now Oprah and Deepak are doing a really great meditation.

          Also strenching and taking a nice shower in the morning will also help wake you up.
