Can I go to the urgent care for postpartum depression?

I don't have a primary doctor and it's getting to the point where my boyfriend just left me. I need help and I shouldn't have put it off this long.

Yes! Get whatever help you need. Urgent care, the emergency room, a regular doctor, anyone can help you. I am glad that you are going to seek treatment. Hugs!

Nope! They wont take her! Postpartum depression is nothing to be ashamed about. They do not take babies away if moms have PPD. You seeking treatment is a really good sign and they know that.

hi Morgan yes you can go to Urgent care, what they will do is ask you a lot of question of how you feel and you tell them exactly how you feel but before you do that please make sure you have someone to look after your baby (someone you trust) the reason i say that is because my sister went thru it and they asked her if you had though of comminting suicide and she said it was getting to that point so they left her for 2 days in the hospital but she got the help she need it ASAP... so please keep us posted sometimes having ppl to talk to make it much easier for you! BEST OF WISHES and it will be fine!
