many people are suggesting that swimming is a good exercise for pregnant women so what is the right time one should start and on how many weeks its advisable ?
Walking, kegels, squats, leg lifts, and using an exercise ball are all great and safe work out for pregnant women.
As far as I know you can swim as long as you feel comfortable with it! Start whenever you wish as well, it's a great way to exercise your whole body.
