Advice on naps?

I have noticed that Elise will sleep more during the night when she naps. The problem is what times should I avoid her to nap so she does sleep more during the night and what times I should encourage naps?

2 days ago she napped from 11am to 1pm then again 3pm to 4pm. Right now she has been napping since 1pm. But once she napped from 4pm to 6pm and it was horrible to get her to sleep thru the night. Should she be napping 1 or 2 naps?

She wakes up around 7am and around 10am she is already mad and sleepy lol but its not until 12 or 1pm that she can finally fall asleep. Sometimes she wants to nap again but i don't know what to do.

Her naps can go from 2 to 4 hours sometimes less it depends, she is unpredictable when it comes to sleep lol I'm gonna have to start a sleep/nap diary.

Mine always went down from 1-3. When they were still taking two naps they would go down at about 10 and it would only be until 11 or so. And they were always in bed by 7-7:30pm.

Tristen has been down to one nap since about ten months old. I normally put him to bed about 12-1 and then just let him sleep until he's ready to be up. If he doesn't nap then he doesn't sleep well at night.

She is sleepy in the morning but its so hard for her to fall asleep no matter how sleepy and tire she is. Today she has been sleepy since 10am and finally went to sleep at 1pm and woke up at 3.
