Do you let your kids have sports drinks?

For that matter, yourself too. I find myself drinking Gatorade and such more frequently than I probably should. I mean, it's filled with sugar and calories and it's not like I'm running around. I remember in high school *everyone* drank Powerade because we had it in vending machines.

I'm just curious... Do you or your ever drink them? If so, is it only after physical activity or whenever?

    Those drinks can be high in sodium and sugar, i'm sticking with water for my kid!
    That's true they do have a lot of sodium (I say as I am drinking an orange Gatorade lol) Hopefully I will keep my kids out of this "addiction" lol.
    I don't drink any sport drinks, I drink juice or water or tea.
