First milestone !!

Hey mommas .. today I mark a happy day !! I lost 50 pounds post pregnancy. And it's all cause of healthy eating, biking, running and exercising whenever I could all while taking care of a baby. Now I want to get fit and flexible but so glad to have reached my first milestone.

      That is amazing! Great job...and the best way to lose the weight! I always think that when you work hard to lose it you are more likely to keep it off.
