Best Fat Burning Exercises

Okay, so in your humble opinion what is the best way to lose fat? Is it diet? Exercise? A combination of the two? Any specifics for diet or exercise?

Have you ever lost and maintained a loss successfully?

    The only way to keep it off is to move more and eat healthier. A few years before I had Tristen I lost 70 lbs without any pills or crazy plan. I walked everyday and ate healthier. I cut out any processed food and only ate while food...and I ate WAY less...but I was rarely hungry. The whole foods typically take longer to digest so you feel fuller longer.

    I found that really it doesn't take much longer to cook a meal versus heat one up. It's not always easy though. Sometimes those processed foods just taste SO good!

    I always used the excuse of living so far away from a gym and not being able to do anything high impact because of having bad knees. When I got serious about loosing weight I found a little path in my house and would just walk back and forth. I found an app that let me know how far I was walking and then when I got used to that I would walk and read a good book out loud, the talking makes your heart rate go up...I lost 70 lbs seriously walking back and forth in my house as my form of exercise. No joke!

    It saved me. I felt a little silly at first but then it started getting fun. I would put my headphones in and sing at the top of my lungs...but then I lived alone at the time. lol

    Well all I could come up with is what I do.. it works and I love it.. I shall share :)

    - I eat very healthy during the week, then I allow myself to cheat a bit on the weekends, sometimes more than others, but it's all about balance. I also did Whole30 (you can google it) to JUMPSTART my healthy eating! It's very dramatic and drastic, but it gets the job done at instantly shedding 5-10 lbs!

    - I walk daily.. I walk about twice a day.. I love getting out and moving!

    - I take barre class daily.. barre3, that is.. it's amazing!!!!!!

    Okay.. sorry, those are what came to mind.. haha
