Have you ever heard of shift work disorder?

I had never heard of shift work disorder until this week when I came across an ad on Hulu advertising it and a website, which I cannot seem to find now that I am looking for it. Found it! http://getyourshifttogethernow.com/

Part of the disorder made sense to me. I have been doing a paper route for almost two years. It will be two years in December. I have been doing two paper routes since January of this year. But I have been so tired. ALL. THE. TIME. It is annoying. That's about all the symptoms I have and I figured it was from not getting my full 7-8 hours of sleep in one stretch. I just did not know they came up with a disorder for those doing shift work!

What do you think of this disorder? Yay or nay?

I completely agree. It's hard to work shifts when it's dark outside. Our bodies are not made for it. I used to work night shifts.
