Tendonitis

I talked to the county nurse about all the pain in my hands, arms and shoulders... She talked to a doctor friend who is 95% sure I have tendonitis. :( Stupid manufacturing plant. He said if I keep doing crafts (crochet, cross stitch, hand sewing) it will get bad by the time I'm 40. So not cool. I only worked there for 6 months.

Ok. Most of the ladies I worked with had had surgery for carpal tunnel, but it was still a daily struggle until retirement.

Just pain right now. But if I crochet or sew too long my shoulders go numb.

No. We can't afford extra testing until the new year. Grace took all the insurance money being born lol.

Hm. Interesting... Wonder if turmeric would work.

:( What does he suggest? Give up doing what you love and enjoy or is there some course of treatment other than surgery?

It was by word of mouth. I'm sure he'd suggest surgery if I was in office. I'm going to star taking glucosamine and turmeric.

They are both anti-inflammatory. I know glucosamine helps with sore joints because my arthritic joints don't hurt. A week of taking it every day and then I can take it once a week typically. Turmeric is supposed to do the same thing, I just found out about it.
