I am a displaced homemaker looking for work in or around Chino Valley.

I am the mother of four wonderful children, two boys two girls. My ex and I were together for 20 years but he was abusive and I finally got away. Unfortunately, he had the money so he was able to get the kids and now my two youngest are there with him without me there to protect them.

I have been struggling to get on my feet for the last three years. I've had many ups and downs. I am down now, homeless, sleeping on my parents couch in Chino Valley. My children are two hours away in Phoenix. I need to find a job, a place to live and get transportation.

Any help out there will be welcomed!

I worked at Intel in the late 90's as technical support and want to get back into that. Obviously, 20 years is a lifetime in the computer world, so school is a must.

Until then, just about any job would be welcome. My limitations are my background (DUI in 2008) and transportation. So that is why I was asking about jobs in Chino Valley.

Thank you for the links, I will check them out. I am signed up for medical and nutrition assistance with the state so I've got that. And I've already tried to get help from legal aid in Phoenix, but again, thank you for the info.

That's tough, Tracey. I don't know any work around there, but here's a list of jobs from anywhere. I hope you find what you need.
