I would take it easy, but say that cramping and bloating could be bowel related. Have you been regular lately? I would increase your fiber and greens intake, if you haven't been regular and see if that helps. If you do not think it is bowel related, definitely mention it to your doctor.

It could also be some stretching of the ligaments too.

If you are worried it's always good to call the doc just to make sure.
The bloating is totally normal. I am 8 weeks and some days my belly feels SO big.
The cramping can be normal as well as your body is preparing for growing. I get lots of little twinges and spasms and some muscle cramps. For me it's mostly in the area around where baby will be.

I am currently 24 weeks pregnant and I had cramping in the first trimester and bloating as well, I found that a lot of women experience the same thing. If you are really concerned you should call you doctor. also watch the things you eat before the cramps start, I noticed sometimes it was something I ate like Mexican, or something spicy it would make my stomach cramp. I am not sure if you are part of any other mom groups but when I was trying to get pregnant I downloaded this app on my phone for free called glow and it has a bunch of different groups on there. like trying to conceive, pregnant, healthy and family amoung others you should check it out. there are tons of moms on there chating about there aches and pains and good and bad days. good luck with you pregnancy and if you have any questions keep asking.

I am currently 5 weeks pregnant. I have miscarried with all of my pregnancies. If you don't see any blood and you don't have cramping worse than your period you should be fine. Very light cramping is normal because of the baby still implanting on your wall. So light cramping is normal but if you feel worried and scared call ur Dr and they will be more than happy to help
