Baby Bath.. !

Mamas.. when you moved your baby from a sink, to a tub.. how did you do it when they were not completely stable in the tub? Did you sit them in something? Put something behind them? Hold them up? Monroe is going in the tub soon.. even though he is a peanut.. he's getting too big for the sink.. his sink spa days are over soon.. and into the playing tub! :) Any help would be appreciated!

I went and got a bath pillow that is for adults and put it in the bottom of the tub and laid the top half of him on the pillow and just put a little water in the tub. It worked really well for us.

When it's just Grace alone, I put enough water in the tub to get her clean, then lay her down and wash her.
If she goes in with the big kids, she gets put in the 'shallow end' and sits up with support. I don't like putting them in the tub until they can sit up.

We used the tub since the day I brought her home. We have a bath seat that we used for the first couple months but around 4 months she sat up better on her own with my arm behind her for support, by 6 months she sat up on her own without help.

Our sink is so small it doesn't fit a plate on either side . Tub was the only option, she loves the tub.
