What's the difference?

Between wheezing and congestion? Bentley chest sounds sort of rattley but I can't tell if he just needs to cough or if it's actually in his chest. How do I tell the difference?

Dry, I don't think so, no but he's snoring more when he's asleep

I would definitely keep an eye on it. If it's dry that would be better than phlegmy, be careful if it's phlegmy. I always get concerned about pneumonia in little ones since our first son had a touch of it at 2 months old, but it was scary to listen to him breath and cough. I could tell he was struggling.
