Homemade fruit cups

So i've been recently buying fruit but it tends to go bad really fast so i decided to make fruit cups by buying fresh fruit cutting it up and getting the juice from canned fruit and freezing them to last longer. It taste so much fresher than just buying a fruit cup and it helps me to get a variety of fruit into my diet and its so quick and easy to just grab and go. :)))

As soon as you get home with your fruit, fill the sink with a cup of vinegar and then half full of cold water. Soak them for 20 minutes swishing the water every five minutes or so. It will make your fruit last longer.

      Nope. :)
With berries I rinse them, put a layer of paper towels, a layer or two of berries, then a layer of paper towels and make sure I check daily.. I have kept cherries, blueberries and strawberries for 2 weeks this summer cleaning them and storing them like that.
