I wish I had known this as a kid. I was a sick asthmatic. My mom was constantly rushing me to the ER at odd hours of the night because I struggled to breath. She would check on me on and off throughout the night because she was so terrified I would stop breathing or have an attack. I've outgrown it now though.
I'm bookmarking this, thanks!
I knew about the parsley because my mom makes a tea out of it for colds. It works better than medicine. She uses the organic fresh though. And, she even makes a paste out of it for swollen joints, ligaments, or other body parts. And, the swelling will be gone the next day if you apply the parsley paste, wrap it and leave it on over night. It draws all of the fluid out.
My niece had bad athma for awhile, and if hubby eats too much dairy he does, too. It's scary.
