Shopping for clothes is frustrating

My girls and I went clothes shopping. We went to Kohl's since I have some gift cards to spend. We were looking for t-shirts. Do you know that most t-shirts are see through these days? Ahhh...sorry, just not interested in those for myself or my daughters. We found three t-shirts, that is it, in the sizes we needed.

Then we looked in my section of clothing and I'm sorry if there are any older ladies out there older than 44 (my age) but the clothing is old lady-ish. I may be getting old but I don't like that style of clothing.

I may end up spending my gift cards on sheets or towels or something in houseware. Sigh.

On a positive note, we found more things at the thrift store for a $1 a piece. I even found a skirt for myself. Cha-ching!

I know. After we were in Kohl's we went to Farm and Fleet and we saw a lady wearing a thin white t-shirt BUT she had on a camisole or spaghetti strap tank top and a bra underneath. Wouldn't a heavier t-shirt be easier, not to mention less laundry to wash?

That's a good idea. I might just do that, especially when white sales start.
