Is it Thursday already?

I know I have been missing the last few days here and got away from my posting but I have been running all over creation. Aiden's class had a field trip to the state capital in Lincoln and I went along, I had to take the little one's with me but they were all pretty good. I was just there to help out with the kids and they all had a fun time, this was on Tuesday so naturally my housework got thrown behind a full day because of this and I spent all day yesterday catching up from Tuesday and trying to get everything for Wednesday done all in one day. Well I got most of everything caught back up now and just getting home from dropping the kids off at school.

I was going to get on here yesterday but my day was just ever so hectic. Emily has kept bugging me about having a boyfriend so I finally talked to another mom about it and I changed my mind and let her have a boyfriend but she has rules that she has to go by and she knows that she has to follow them, they are we all get to meet her boyfriend she has until tomorrow to bring him over and introduce him to all of us and introduce us to him. I also told her that I want them to hang out here so I can get to know him better and see how things are going, I reminded her that she is only 15 years old and she needs to be careful about the choices she makes. She agreed to everything and told me we would get to meet him tonight. I told her that I would like to meet his parents too. This is her first boyfriend so we'll see how long this lasts.

I'm going to get the house tidy today and get the laundry together since I'm a full day behind on that still. Hope you ladies have a great Thursday, I know I'll be keeping busy no matter what.

It sure seems that way Laura, I'm doing the best I can to keep up with all the kids activities. They sure wear me out.

Sounds like you are venturing into new waters of boyfriends and dating. I know our time is not far off but it is nerve wrecking, isn't it?

It sure is, I've had a talk with her and told her what's expected of her and that we need to meet the new boyfriend.

She really is a good kid but sometimes gets her mind mixed up. I was 14 when I first had one and I don't know if it was a good experience or a bad one, I was with him for six months though then moved on.
