Best ways to relax?

Ladies, after a stressful day of dealing with your munchkins how do you relax?

I like to de-stress by curling up with a good book and a cup (or pot) of coffee. Sometimes I'll tinker around the house and work on random projects that I've put aside. Other times I run a bubble bath and listen to the cats yowl outside of the bathroom because I have shut the door on them (worse than kids, I tell ya).

What do you do to de-stress?

    Yoga, when I just need to calm. Jogging, if I'm angry. When I had a car I'd drive for a few miles by myself with the radio up loud. Sometimes I just lay down and ignore everyone.
