digestive system

ugh...you know the many problems that goes along with pregnancy. how did you guys stay regular (so to speak).

    I drank a cup of coffee every morning to stay regular. It was the only way I could stay regular. Also be sure to drink plenty of water.

      Plenty of water kept me regular. Your OB may have a safe laxative as well. Also, prune juice can help.

        I didn't have an issue with that my last pregnancy but this one I just make sure that I drink lots of water and if that isn't working I eat a few prunes. They are pretty gross but worth it. Also adding fiber to your diet helps as well.
