First weekend travel

I have a wedding in a couple of weeks and I'm traveling for the first time with the baby on a bus for four hours...any advice?

Brave Mamma! I would just make sure that you have everything that you know makes her happy with you. Maybe try and plan it to where she is napping for as much of it as possible.

A little more info...it's a four hour bus trip to Baltimore, two nights in a hotel and a wedding reception (my hubby will watch the baby while my brother and I attend the ceremony) and then a three and a half hour back home...I can't take everything with me, such as her bather...Not to mention in Nov. I'm taking her to her first convention and will be spending three nights away from home...

That would be difficult. I would just take what you can...babies have a great way of adapting to their situation. When my son was 3 months old we moved 18 hours away. He did so much better in the car then I thought he would.
Are you able to hold her on the bus or does she have to be in a car seat?

I purchased her a ticket so I can use her car seat...

That is good. Hopefully she will sleep for you.

Amy gave you great advice. You can only bring so much on the bus. I'm sure she will do fine.

I do breast feed but I can pump the bottle... she doesn't mind the car seat and she loves looking out the window but I'll bring her few toys in case...

Honestly, It might be easier to breastfeed her than try to pump while on a bus.. Put the car seat on the seat near the aisle and you sit by the window, it will give you a little more privacy while breastfeeding.

I was thinking about doing that...thank you for confirming it.

Might want to check the rules first. I know airplanes you can wear a baby instead of making them be in a seat, don't know about buses.
