Health before conception.
I think that one of the most important things about conception is to do everything you can to make sure that your body is prepared. Getting and staying healthy before pregnancy can help prevent complications during pregnancy and also sometimes make it easier to conceive and make it easier to get back into shape once baby is born. Establishing good life habits now make it easier to follow them during pregnancy and after baby is born.
It's funny , both times that I got pregnant was right after I lost a bunch of weight. With my daughter we thought her dad couldn't have kids. He'd been in a bad car accident, and even though I couldn't tell by looking, he had had damage in that area.
Turns out he can have kids, lol. Mini is the only one he has ever had though, and that's not from lack of experiences (smh).
