Stop me, please!! Eating at night...
Ladies, need your trics and secrets! What do you do to stop eating in the evening? I know it's a terrible habit to eat at the night but I cant =, really cant stop doing this. As I'm working till 10-11 p.m and sometime get home about midnight, I'm hungry like a bear...
But then I'm going to bed - and hi, extra weight))
What would you recommend to me?)
Oh gosh.. so, let's see, do you eat a BIG breakfast?
Do you snack often throughout the afternoon?
If you need to nibble on SOMETHING at night.. make it healthy! An apple, banana, something to curb your need to KEEP munching.. does that make sense?
Or you can try the ole... "after 8pm I do not eat!" some people do that :)
Hi Elena, You're welcome. Sometimes facing our problems square on is exactly what we need, as well. Sometimes the eating is an avoidance of actually doing that. I'm not saying that that's your case. But for myself I find I need to find that balance of knowing that I am accepting what is so for me, and not running away from the feelings, but also not obsessing about it or feeling sorry for myself. I've struggled with that in the past. but I find that being present in the moment really helps. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
