Cranky baby=cranky mama

Malachi is so cranky. I don't know what's going on. He won't sleep. Every time I put him in his crib he freaks out. I am so frustrated:( I need to pray.

Try waiting until he falls asleep in your arms then transfer to crib...

I did and he calmed down right away. When I laid him in there he was calm. So hopefully he will nap now. Poor baby. I hate feeling frustrated. He's only a baby.

It happens, just breath and stay calm they will learn and pick up on the calm energy. It takes time to learn the patterns for them they just want to stay up and know whats happening. My daughter gets like that after a lot of excitement and people so we go to a quiet place to relax and then she's able to let herself sleep.

:( Is he teething? Mine doesn't want to sleep in her crib today because of the cold so I wrapped her up in a blanket while cuddling and laid her down with the warm blanket under her.

I am sorry he is being a little crank-pot. :( Does he just want extra cuddles?

Thank you. That seemed to help this time! Maybe that's what he needed.

It definitely can be that. He has one more front top tooth to cut../ or it could be molars since he's now one.

Yes! Thank you, Laura. I really appreciate it. Its nice to have other moms who know how I'm feeling:) he's still waking up but he's been better with naps. Still tough at night though.
