Pregnancy-Safe Migraine Control

Despite the bleeding, I'm not throwing in the towel yet. So, I wanna be on the safe side here with this headache. Normally I just try to tough these things out, but this one's settling under my skin. (Sorry to be a downer today!!)

I know baby aspirin is safe, maybe even beneficial to take during pregnancy.

A warm washcloth sometimes does the trick too.

But when your hormones were all a-rush and most meds were off limits, what was the safest most effective thing you found for a throbbing, intense headache?

Peppermint oil or Frankincense works for my daughters when they get headaches or migraines (Frankincense more so for migraines). Frankincense tends to be on the pricier side though.

Does laying down to sleep work? Before we used essential oils I experienced a couple knock-me-down-and-out headaches I assume were migraines now and all I could do was lay down in dark and quiet to sleep it off.

Thanks for the tip. I've never tried frankincense for headaches. I'll certainly look for some though. :) sometimes sleep is the best option definitely.

Thanks. I think it may have been a chemical / eArly mc though. The bleeding is still strange though.
