Walking is great for your health, whether you are trying to conceive, staying fit during pregnancy or trying to get rid of the baby weight. But what is the best time to walk for you?
Morning, afternoon or evening? I have to say I would have a hard time picking because I love to be outside and I love to walk. When I go in the evening we normally go as a family and it is a nice time to chat with my husband. In the early morning the air is crisp and cool and energizing. But those afternoon walks normally involve a trip to the park, and I do love going to the park :-) How about you?

    I use to walk a lot and just got out of the habit. Morning or afternoon seems to work best for me. Though I tend to have more energy in the afternoon.
