Braxton hicks contactions
So i know that the Braxton contractIons are normal to get but my first pregnancy my water broke at 29 weeks and i went into labor at 33 weeks. Would anyone be worried if it was them.
I don't worry if I have Braxton hicks (but I've never had that much of a preemie either), I just drink more water and make myself sit more. The last few months of pregnancies I have a supply of things beside my chair (snacks, drinks, diapers, wipes, extra change of clothes for kiddo and something to keep my hands busy) so I can sit, still take care of the children but get the rest I need to care for the one inside me. I would always mention to the midwife if I had them a lot or they seemed to be really intense.
I can totally see why you would be concerned! Did you find out what caused you to have PROM with your first pregnancy? How did they treat you for that?
I dont do much in the day i clean the small mess from the morning or night before abd after that i sit down. I dont drink much water but i do drink a lot of tea. Im also low on iron. They never really said why I had a early labor with my last other than i had ruptured membranes. I had a kidney infection two months before i went in for my water broke tho.
Ive always had a hard time drinking water but ill give it a shot n see if it helps any ways
