Eating your veggies!
Okay ladies, how many of you actually get the recommended amount of veggies every day?
I know I don't. I wish I was better about it, but there are very few veggies that I actually like so getting them in my diet can be tricky. I can't eat tomatoes or cucumbers, although sometimes I can tolerate tomato sauce. Not a fan of mushrooms or peppers. I like potatoes, does that count? LOL
