Adjusting your child's sleep schedule as daylight saving time ends

The end of daylight saving time is coming up on November 2nd. While we may be looking forward to getting an extra hour of sleep, the time change is often very disruptive to young children's sleep schedules.

    We let them stay up late at fall back and try to get them to bed early at spring forward. Seems to work. This spring they took some extra naps that first week, but that's ok.
