Child Molestors

Tonight at church my friend shows me a picture of a man whom her military husband just text her. It was a child molester that just moved into an area and that had registered.....IT WAS MY NEW NEIGHBOR!!! I am mortified. We saw this man walking up and down his driveway at 7am and our other neighbor asked if he was ok. He was picked up by the mental health bus ( I assume that's what he was waiting for) The neighbors are pretty upset as we live in a great neighborhood with ALL children. The kids play all afternoon and bounce house to house. The offense was in 2004 and he was released 2013. My husband and the other husbands are going to the police station tomorrow. Have you ever had this happen? How would you react.

When I was in college, the dorm was off campus in a neighborhood full of registered sex offenders. We weren't even supposed to go to our car alone.

It might be a good idea, at least until you get this taken care of, that you have a discussion with ALL the kids that they need to have a buddy system in place.

Teach them to scream at the top of their lungs.. stomp on tip of foot, then elbow, hit kick as hard as they can in between the legs and RUN some place safe. At the very least it should stun anybody long enough for them to get some place safe.

Hugs, hope you get him out of there and the kids stay safe.

thanks! We went to his landlord and oh my goodness what a ******** he's not a resident on the lease the gf is. We showed him the sheriff's Dept site where is a registered sex offender and he still said not his problem! He said if we don't like him living there then we should buy the house and rent to who we want! Wow!! So needless to say we have the law involved and they will be taking care of it

Butt wipe. That self defense is what my brother in law teaches his kids. :) Hopefully the law will do something about it.

per his parole officer he has 2 days to leave that home. The home is rented to his gf not him! But he can visit her!! This is his 2nd sexual molestation offense! One was in 1999!! But I guess after so many years they don't have to report it. Uh makes me sick

He is out! We got a called from the captain of police today. He said we are lucky he left. He is not a person we want in our neighborhood! What? Why are they not doing something about him then? He can still come back BC his gf lives there...so guess kids will just be driven back and forth until she moves out. What a shame

There should be stricter laws against them being able to be near children... that's not right.
I'm glad he's out at least temporarily.
