Please read this if you don't plan to give the flu vaccine to your kids!

I know that this story is true as it happened to a friend of a friend...And I'm not trying to stir up a vaccination debate. It's really just something you should consider strongly.

Thank you for sharing! I'm gonna get Bentley vaccinated, it's been cold and we have to walk though.

The vaccine only protects against 3 strands of the most common flu from last year.

It's more protection to boost immune systems with extra vitamin c and immune boosters.

      Why can't you do both?

If you want to, then do. I'm trying to keep many opinions to myself so as not to start a debate. I just don't think vaccines do more good than harm.

We stick to immune boosters (elderberry, echinacea, vitamin c) during the cold months and rarely have sickness.

My kids have had their flu shots already. Thank you for sharing this, Rina. :)
