Almost due !
Hello there mommies ! Any tips for when i go into the hospital to give birth?
Stay focused and remember the pain wont last long and your little one will be here soon! Make sure you bag is packed with a change of clothes for you and baby to go home in, most hospitals provide pads and a manual pump. Also don't be afraid to talk to the lactation consultant they love to help. Good luck!
learn about relaxation techniques, listen to music, chang epositions often, walk if permitted.
Stay at home for as long as you can and for what you feel comfortable with. Just ask the nurses for whatever you need or any questions you have. They are there to help you and your new little one!
Sign all the forms first. Even the ones for the pain meds even if you dont want them if that time comes and you change your mind you will have the form signed and you can get the meds that much faster... Stay calm dont worry it will all be okay. Everyone knows what they are doing. If you can Eat before you go in... Bring your camera. Have someone take some pictures before. I only have one and its one I took of me before I went in for my c-section. Wish I had just a few more... Next time...
If you can call the hospital you are going to and let them know you are on your way so they can get ready. IF you water breaks at home, relax just put a garbage bag and a towel on the car seat so it stays dry. :) Dont forget the carseat for baby. and a warm blanket and hat to put on them for going home. Stay brave, Super excited!!
