best food during pregnancy

I tried my best to eat a well-balanced diet during my pregnancy. Some examples from my menu:
1. proteins-milk, cheese, yogurt, fish( once a week), nuts (except peanuts)

2. Carbs-fresh fruits( love it), fresh veggies, whole-grain

3. Iron-containing food( o, my anemia)-spinach, lean meat, vitamins+iron
