      Eat what you can. Lots of calcium, lots of vitamin k. So milk, cheese, salads with romaine lettuce, these will keep your calcium up as your body gives baby everything and the salads will get the baby more vitamins to help keep jaundice away after birth. Eggs and fish are really good for bone strength and brain development.
