Workout til you... !

Hey Mamas!

So I have still been a working out as much as I can.. 30 weeks this week!

I wanted to know if any of you were able to do so all the way up until you gave birth? It's my goal.. call me crazy, but it is! Going to barre classes makes my body feel better than laying around.. so I figure I will keep pushing myself (not hard at all) but pushing to go and at least do it while I can.. going to get a lil harder until it gets better :)

But I just wanted to know if you did any exercises up until you delivered!​

    Oh I have that all covered, Christine! My doctors knew I religiously worked out on the daily before becoming pregnant, so they encouraged me to keep it up! I take barre classes daily, are you familiar with those? A ton of yoga, pilates and ballet movements.. and when you become pregnant you become MORE flexible, so I remind myself to be careful! Also, my balance was so off when I first noticed my "bump" growing.. but its so funny how you gain it back when you are consistent in exercising.. now I will have to gain it back AGAIN post baby.. haha!

      I didn't exercise but I WALKED. And I mean I walked all the time probley a couple hours a day. My my and husband hated it cause they'd work all day(in a warehouse where they had to walk all day)then I'd make them come home and walk with me :). They say it makes labor and delievery easier. And both mine were easy so maybe that's why.

      With my 2nd daughter I thought I was going into labor and my husband just worked a 15 hour shift so he told me to call my mom and have her take me and call if it was real but while I was waiting on her i was walking up and down the road by myself lol. Come to think of it probley wasn't a good idea being 37 1/2 weeks pregnant possibly in labor out walking around at 12-1 at night lol.

        I still exercise... I was doing bootcamp up until last weekend. It was too much and a lot of it I could not do. However, I will still lift weights and get on the elliptical, walk or the stair climber.
