Peppermint.. to the rescue!
Okay Mamas.. so every night I am achey lately.. obviously I get it.. I am 30 weeks preggo and things are getting tight, uncomfy and just blah.
Anyways.. if it's not my back that aches, its my legs.. I'm not certain if it's from post barre class workouts or just because... but I would love to know anything that helped make you more comfy on your last leg of pregnancy!
Currently I dabbed on some peppermint oil and it seems to be helping :)
I have been trying to rest more for sure.. I just hate being helpless acting or feeling like I need extra time.. even though I certainly do.. I am typically go go go! My husband made me prop my legs up last night.. so he is making me do small things :)
Oh and barre classes.. it's a workout! It's a combination of yoga, ballet and pilates! Amazing for a lady's body.. have you heard of it?
