Isn't she just a few days? Your milk usually won't come in until babe is 3-4 days old, but the colostrum (premilk) is just as much needed. Nurse, nurse, nurse and NO formula. It will establish your milk supply. Babies stomachs are SO tiny, they are supposed to nurse often and breastmilk digests quicker than formula. Colostrum helps any jaundice she may have as it's a natural laxative and it's super packed with vitamins that babe needs right away.

Fenugreek, oatmeal, mother's milk tea all help with milk supply.

That's colostrum. :) Just give your body time. Cut back, if not eliminate all caffiene. My milk always came in faster when I drank almost nothing but water.
