Weight Loss After 40
I've heard it's hard, and no matter how much I exercised and watched what I ate, I couldn't lose a pound. In July, I started a job in a very busy deli, where I walk for four to eight hours a day, three to five days a week. Plus I walk to work and sometimes home. When I work I don't have time to eat. I eat one, maybe two meals a day. Since July, I've lost about 30 pounds. Does that seem right? I feel fine, but I wonder if the weight loss is a sign of something else.
