How much milk for a toddler?

Elise is finally finally drinking milk with Nesquick how much is she suppose to have?

    .. I would say as much as she wants as long as it doesn't constipate her (common problem with dairy).

    WHAT? Who told you that? I've never heard that but those added hormones could do anything.

    ooooo I've never heard this before.. Basically this says you can get anemia if you fill up on milk and not eat iron rich foods. makes sense, but I'm sure you will make sure she eats the other food groups.

    I think it's more a problem when parents don't make sure the kids eat their meals. I know with my brother, he has to either keep drinks away or just give water until his kids eat the food on their plates or they will drink and not eat.

      Tips on how you got her to drink milk? What kind? What type of cup? My daughter will take a few sips when she feels like it from our glass. She will not drink it from her own glass or cup. She loves all other dairy...just not milk.

      I put strawberry Nesquick on her straw cup. It took weeks of trying. I also do milkshakes for her.
