Getting the Daily Ounces of Water
I know there's been a lot of racket about whether or not we need 8 glasses of water a day, or 10, or how it varies depending on if you drink juice, eat raw fruits and veggies, yaddah yaddah.
For the sake of the conversation, let's go with the usually accepted 8 glasses of water a day.
I marked a cup with labelling tape and stick on jewels to measure my water intake through the day, because I'm usually dehydrated and live in the desert. If I could get through two of the big cups, I would reach the goal of 8 glasses a day. Yesterday, I realized I hardly finished the FIRST cup.
So, it's now a goal of mine. I've heard it's one of the healthiest things you can do for yourself.
